ADVOCACY

MORE THAN 100 YEARS ADVOCATING FOR THE INDUSTRY

More than 50 percent of all employment in Indiana has some connection to manufacturing, and the IMA is the only trade association in Indiana that focuses exclusively on manufacturing and maintaining a positive business environment to assist members in running their operations.

IMA serves as the manufacturing community’s advocate at all levels of government.

The IMA lobbying staff have years of experience as well as connections to government and other resource to assist members in legislative and regulatory matters.

"The Indiana Manufacturers Association has been an invaluable resource to me as a small business owner. Their advocacy work with state legislators directly supports the manufacturing industry and has made a positive impact on issues that directly affect our business. I have also benefited from the regular news updates, educational opportunities and networking events that the IMA offers. I highly recommend the Indiana Manufacturers Association to any company looking to stay informed, get involved, and grow their business."
