IMA Announces 2025 Leadership
2025-02-02

The Indiana Manufacturers Association (IMA) announced its 2025 chair, vice chair, executive committee and board of directors on Monday, Jan. 27. The 44-member board of directors will be led for a second year by Chair Angie Holt, president of Rathburn Precision Machining, and for the first year, Vice Chair Paul Perkins, president and co-founder of Amatrol, Inc.

"The IMA's Executive Committee and Board of Directors are key to keeping the voice of Indiana's manufacturers at the center of our mission," said Andrew Berger, President and CEO of the Indiana Manufacturers Association. "I am thankful for each of these IMA members who have further committed themselves to the association by lending us their expertise, vision and leadership. I look forward to working with each of them this next year to continue to make Indiana the best state for manufacturing."
The 2025 Chair is Angela (Angie) Holt, President and CEO of Rathburn Precision Machining.
A passionate advocate for Indiana manufacturers and small businesses, Holt serves as President and CEO of Rathburn Precision Machining in Auburn, Indiana, a position she has held since 2019. As the leader of the family-owned company founded in 1983 by her father, Jerry Rathburn, she has strategically balanced innovation with the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Since assuming leadership, Holt has expanded the company’s CNC machining capabilities and operational efficiencies to include Swiss, wire EDM, enhanced mill/turn machining, cobots and laser marking.
She has leveraged the company’s longstanding automotive quality management systems to serve customers across a variety of industries, including rail, construction, agriculture, defense and aerospace, expanding on their ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications to become AS9100 compliant and ITAR registered. Rathburn is also a certified Women’s Business Enterprise and Woman-Owned Small Business.
Prior to assuming the role of President and CEO of Rathburn, Holt held leadership positions in the commercial construction industry including operations and financial management, project management, and organizational change management.
She also serves as Treasurer of the Community Foundation DeKalb County, a citizen member of the DeKalb County Plan Commission, and is a founding member of DeKalb Central Schools’ Baron Advanced Manufacturing Advisory Board. She was awarded the IMA’s Manufacturing Excellence Award in the Emerging Leader category in 2022.
"As I continue in my second year as Chair of the Indiana Manufacturer’s Association, I’m honored to work alongside IMA President Andrew Berger to advance our organization’s agenda on behalf of our members and partners," said Holt. "With the IMA’s deep understanding of what drives successful business, we are well-positioned to inform and advise legislators on matters that impact Indiana manufacturers this legislative session. I’m also looking forward to bringing our members even more great programs and services in the future."

Paul Perkins is president and co-founder of Amatrol, Inc., president of DACW Worldwide, LLC., and president of Bayport Technical, Inc.
Amatrol, Inc. is a Jeffersonville, Indiana-based manufacturer of technical learning systems, which include hands-on training workstations and online interactive multimedia courses. In partnership with DACW Worldwide and Bayport Technical, Amatrol provides products to industry members, colleges and high schools to support training of individuals in areas such as Industry 4.0, advanced manufacturing, power generation, renewable energy, logistics automation, and transportation.
Perkins has designed numerous training systems for teaching engineering and technical skills and serves as a consultant on training program development to Fortune 500 organizations, federal and state agencies, and selected foreign governments. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the IMA’s Manufacturing Excellence Awards in 2021.
"I have long been an ardent supporter of the Indiana Manufacturers Association because it plays such a crucial role in supporting manufacturing, the largest and most vibrant segment of Indiana’s economy," said Perkins.
