Brian Burton,

Brian began his career at IMA in June 1999, and became IMA President & CEO on July 1, 2015. He has lobbied the Indiana General Assembly and Congress on a variety of issues including human resources, labor, energy and economic development. He has served on numerous boards and commissions and is a frequent speaker at business events throughout the state. With more than 30 years of legislative experience, Brian is a recognized leader in advocating for a positive business climate that expands opportunities for Indiana’s dominant business sector, manufacturing.
Andrew Berger,

Andrew Berger began at the IMA in December 2014. Prior to that, Andrew was Director of Governmental Affairs and General Counsel for the Association of Indiana Counties. In addition, he has worked with the Indiana Senate, Lt. Governor’s office and the Indiana State Budget Agency. Andrew is a graduate of Hanover College and the Indiana University School of Law. Andrew specializes in tax, energy, environment, tort/civil law, and health care policy.

Mike joined the staff of the IMA in 1988. Mike provides technical support for IMA computer and communication networks. He also handles building contract issues, as well as other operational functions. He also assist with database functionality, reports and various other technological issues.
Andrianna Moehle

Andrianna Hji-Avgoustis holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University, where she majored in law and public policy and minored in political science. She also holds a Masters of Public Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis, with a concentration in environmental policy and sustainability and a certificate in public management. Andrianna's work experience includes extensive high-level initiatives and advocacy work at RJL Solutions, a stint serving as legislative assistant for Senators Jon Ford and Michael Young at the Indiana State Senate, and prior work as legislative coordinator at The Polis Center.
Sam Charron

Samuel Charron comes to the IMA with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Indiana University and a JD from Marquette University Law School. Sam has served as the Legislative Assistant and Floor Supervisor at the Indiana State Senate, and previously worked at Bingham Greenbaum Doll LLP in their Jasper, Indiana law offices.
Chris Wallis

Chris Wallis began at the IMA in October of 2019. Chris has served as a manufacturer’s representative for many years in the state, as well as a small business owner in the promotional marketing industry. Chris’ focus with the IMA will be centered around new member acquisition & member retention initiatives. He will be working to expand a strong membership base to bring even more value and cost savings to the manufacturing community in Indiana.

Charlene joined the IMA staff in 1986. Charlene is responsible for IMA publications (The Indiana Manufacturer magazine, Daily Update, Indiana Manufacturers' Montly e-newsletter and Weekly Legislative Update), ad placement and scheduling, press releases, media inquiries, online communications, and social media. She also maintains the IMA website and its content and performs graphic design functions.

Lori became a staff member of the IMA in 1988, when she began as adminstrative assistant to the president. Through the years her role has changed and Lori now manages IMA’s membership database. She also handles membership questions, creates reports and processes dues payments.
